Heart to Home

Heart to Home (HTH) is an initiative that aims to support the devastated areas affected by the August 4 explosion.

HTH is working to refurbish homes destroyed by the tragic events that took place on August 4, 2020. We began our efforts in Karantina and Moudawar, two of Beirut’s poorest neighborhoods that have been subject to extreme neglect. We later teamed up with Live Love Beirut to reach a wider arena of homes in need.

The scope of work began with the installment of broken glass, window fixtures, and dismantled doors to name a few. In the next stages, we are also refurbishing the interiors of peoples homes due to the mass loss and damage of people’s valuables. To date, we have supplied homes with curtains, furniture, electrical appliances -- televisions, fridges, heaters and ovens.

In 2021-2022 we collaborated with Live Love Beirut and Distribute Aid and distributed hygiene kits, clothes, school supplies and shoes to over 300 families.
